Meet the Fold
It's called a fold of Highland cattle because in the olden days in winter the cattle were brought together
for protection at night in open shelters made of stone called folds .
Cows
Gorgeous range of cows in all colours. They have proven to be hardy, intelligent and gentle in nature.
Calves & Heifers
Full of fun and very curious our calves provide lots of entertainment as they mature on the farm.
Steers
The 'Lads' on our farm are our source of beef. They enjoy relaxed days under shady trees, eating grass and a swim in the dam.
Registered Fold
All cows and heifers are registered with the Australian Highland Cattle Society, DNA-SNP tested. Myostatin (nt821) - free
We have had no cases of Chondrodysplasia (Congential Dwarfism) or Crop Ear.
