From the day they are born our Highland Cattle receive the best possible care. They are naturally grown on undulating improved pastures and the calves stay with their mothers about seven months.

Our animals are not exposed to any stress and we do not use antibiotics or growth hormones. The steers are finished on pasture and not in a feedlot. The pasture is only supplemented with the finest hay grown on our farms. This is the reason why our beef is of prime quality and meets the highest standards.
